1. The surface is flat and clean;

 

   

 

2. No damage, dead wrinkles, bubbles, knife marks, delamination, sulfur spray, and sticking. Defects such as lack of glue;

 

   

 

3. The sewing line is smooth and straight, the needle code is uniform, neat, and the tightness is appropriate. After the thread is broken, the needle should be stitched more than 1.5 cm, and the starting and ending stitches should be 1 cm;

 

   

 

4. The difference in symmetry shall not be greater than 0.5cm, and the difference in length of the boots and pants shall not be greater than 0.6cm;

 

   

 

5. The trademark position shall be correct, and the handwriting shall be clear, complete, and free of burrs;

 

   

 

6. The width of seam bonding shall not be less than 1cm, and the width of adhesive tape bonding shall not be less than 2cm;

Basic requirements for protective work clothes

 

    

 

1. 6.
